HOSPITALITY SUPPLIES
HOSPITALITY SUPPLIES
Room essentials are bought once and then judged every single day by guests and housekeeping. SOFFRI supplies the practical equipment that fills Malaysian guest rooms and corridors, chosen for durability in daily commercial use rather than for a showroom.
What we supply
Electric kettles and trays, hairdryers, waste bins in stainless steel and plastic, clothes hangers, luggage racks, in-room safes, ironing boards and irons, mirrors, door signage and room number plates. Floor mats, anti-slip matting and safety signage for public areas.
Built for commercial use
Equipment in a guest room is handled by strangers and cleaned daily. We stock items specified for that, which usually means simpler construction, replaceable parts and finishes that do not mark easily. Where a cheaper option exists we will tell you what you give up by taking it.
Fitting out a new property
If you are opening or refurbishing, send us your room count and room types. We can quote a complete room pack so you are not chasing twenty suppliers, and we will flag anything that is better bought locally near your property.

Common questions
Can you quote for a complete hotel fit-out?
Yes. Send your room count and room types and we will quote a complete package covering amenities, linen and room equipment.
Do you supply electrical items with Malaysian plugs and certification?
Electrical items are supplied to suit Malaysian sockets and voltage. Ask us about certification for specific items when you request a quotation.
Can we replace just one item type?
Yes. There is no requirement to buy a full package. Many customers come to us to replace a single item across all their rooms.
Do you offer warranty on electrical equipment?
Warranty terms vary by item and manufacturer. We will confirm the applicable terms in writing with your quotation.
