Replacement and matching
Breakage is constant in hospitality, so the real question is whether you can still buy the same item in two years. Where we can, we supply lines we expect to keep stocking, so your tableware stays matched instead of slowly turning into a mismatched set.

For functions and banquet operations we can quote larger quantities and advise on stock holding, so you are not short on the day of an event.

Can you match tableware we already use?
Often yes. Send us photographs and dimensions of what you have and we will tell you honestly whether we can match it or only come close.
Do you supply tea and coffee sachets for guest rooms?
Yes, including individually wrapped tea sachets, coffee sticks, sugar and creamer for in-room refreshment trays.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums vary by item. Tell us what you need and we will confirm, including whether a slightly larger quantity would meaningfully reduce your unit price.
